Stand-up paddling requires mastery of a small number of balance, orientation and propulsion techniques. Come and test your skills on a static body of water during a fun-filled introductory session! If you're already able to get out of the wind and current, you can come with us directly to the Arcachon basin.
If you want to go further, try Paddle Surf, Paddle Race, Tandem Paddle or Giant Paddle (6 to 10 people).
